Hi, I'm Gus!

My name is Gus Becker, and I live in Boulder, Colorado. I like drawing and technology! I'm also a scientist with an interest in scientific software and public science outreach. You can see some of my research projects here. I'm currently working as a data specialist for a local public school district. I have many interests, but some that are especially important to me are drawing, creative community, and zines. Since 2023, I have started and run a weekly creative meetup called Creatives Club in the various cities I've lived in. I currently run the meetup every Thursday at VisionQuest Brewing Company in Boulder, CO, although the meetups in Denver, CO and Washington, DC are also still active!
